It doesn't seem that long since I last posted, but it was over 2 weeks ago. The time has been flying by here, due to all the fun we've been having. The weather has been a mixed bag over the last couple of weeks. I'm sure I've used that phrase far too often this year, but that's how it seems to have been this summer season. The 2010/11 winter was a bit odd weather wise, and it looks like it's affected the summer too. It has been drying up nicely recently, so fingers crossed it'll stay that way until the end of the season.
Here are some recent snaps for your perusal. We've seen a few interesting things over the past couple of weeks, enjoy!

I think this bike is an Orange. It looks pretty retro. Any ideas on the model? |

I caught this guy using a road cone to fill up a powder fire extinguisher. Only in France! |

The sun comes out and the queues get bigger. That is what we like to see. |

There were still quiet times with nothing to do. |

And rain showers here and there. This guy had a good way of avoiding mud going up past his glasses. |

The wildlife is abound up here. From herds of cows to little spiders like this, we have it all. |

This guy was running a re-release of the classic mag wheel. Apparently he used to have a pair, but the front one is a bit dead now. |
Oh before I go I'll tell you that Serma have been busy finishing off the new end to the French National and the 2 red tracks. It's was still a bit damp when they opened it up, but felt like it would have a good bit of flow once it dried up. They've also reshaped some of the berms at the bottom of the blue, and added another small tabletop for the beginners. And as if that wasn't enough, they've been at work on the bottom of the Chaux Fleurie track, cutting a couple of new corners to miss out some of the more worn out sections and smoothing things out.
That's about it for now. More next time.
The bike at the top isn't an Orange its a Vario.....http://www.swissvario.com/#
